Terms & Conditions

This is a legal agreement between GoDate and our event participants. Please read this agreement in its entirety before attending one of our events. By reserving places for or attending an event and by using our website, you agree to accept the terms and conditions of this agreement, our Reservation Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, then you may not use the website, reserve places for events or attend any events at any time. This agreement can subject to change by GoDate at any point and time.

GoDate is not a matchmaking service. We do not in any way guarantee the results of any event nor do we guarantee that participants will receive mutual matches. GoDate does not guarantee that follow up dates or relationships will occur from any mutual matches received. You the participant understand and acknowledge that we simply provide an opportunity for you to meet other single people and nothing more. We also take no responsibility in your contact with matches after the exchange of contact information. We are not responisble for the outcome of any relationship that may or may not form between you and another individual as a result of one of our events.

By booking a GoDate event you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age and single. You also agree that any and all information provided by you to us must be true. We do not do background checks on, or screen in any participants of our events. Hence, we cannot and will not guarantee that each client has supplied us with accurate information about their relationship status. Please approach any contact with participants at one of our events with the same caution you would undertake when meeting other people you dont know. You assume full responsiblity and risk in attending and participating in any GoDate events. You agree to release us and our partners from any liability and take full responsiblity regarding any person you meet at our events or any situation arising between you and someone you met through GoDate. You also waive any and all liability against us in regards to any meetings or dates outside of our events and any situations that may occur thereafter from your intial encounter. This includes any damages without limitation such as physical damages, bodily injury, emotional distress or discomfort.

GoDate reserves the right to reject any reservation to any event at our discretion. We also reserve the right to remove anyone from an event if their behavior is non-compliant with our rules and regulations or acts in a manner that we deem rude, threatening, indecent, offensive, or inappropriate.

GoDate events are held at venues that we do not directly control. If you are injured or suffer damages at an event, you agree to release us and our affiliates from any liabiliy unless such damages result directly from the actions of any employee or agent of ours.

GoDate reserves the right to take photographs at our events and use them in media publications as we see appropriate. We also reserve the the right to invite media to attend events.

GoDate, along with certain permitted third parties including, without limitation; representatives of the television, radio, print and online media may photograph and/or make audio/video recordings of any of our events. By attending and participating in an event, each participant agrees to permit the taking of any such photographs and to be recorded in both audio and video media. We will make our best effort to communicate and ensure participants who do not wish to be filmed or photographed will not be, although we make no guarantees regarding this issue. Each participant at an event also authorizes us, our agents, representatives or successors, all or any portion of photographs and audio/video recordings in which the participant appears. This includes any comments, statements, or testimonials made by participants while attending an event. Such photographs may be used by us, our agents, associates, representatives, successors and/or assigns for any legal purpose including without limitation, marketing and advertising of our events, products or editorial purposes. No person shall be entitled to any compensations in connection with the use and exploitation of any photographs or audio/video recordings from a GoDate even.

GoDate is not liable for any damages without limitation, resulting from use of our website. This includes damages or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property resulting from your access to, use of, or browsing of our website or your downloading of anything from our web site.

GoDate may from time to time send written or verbal communication via twitter, post, and email. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions permits us to communicate with you via any of the aforementioned formats. These communications will never come from any third parties without your prior consent or opting-in. You may unsubscribe from any communication by request.

*Only 1 free event per person.  GoDate has the right to choose the free event.  Event will be similar to previous event.
